what is a balance?
A PSYCH-K® Balance is a process designed to create a balance with both hemispheres of the cerebral cortex. This "Whole-Brain State" is ideal for reprogramming the mind with new empowering beliefs, reducing unwanted stress and helping you to access your "full potential" in meeting life's challenges.
When your beliefs are aligned with our conscious, self-conscious and super-conscious minds - the place where all things are possible, it is easier to stay on a diet, change your habits, stay organized, be more creative, attract more money, find love, release pain, eliminate allergies, etc., etc., etc..

What do you do during a session?
We work with your superconscious, subconscious, and conscious minds.
Imagine that you're superconscious works like a satellite that you're GPS gets it's signal from. It is the field of energy that wants what's best for you and guides you to get there in the fastest way.
Your subconscious is like the database that has all the roads in the GPS storage. Your beliefs are like the data the GPS uses to steer you in the right direction.
Your conscious mind gives us the "goal", the address where you want to go. You can set goals and work your way consciously toward them, however using your superconscious and subconscious will get you there much faster.
Working together, we use Balances to make sure your subconscious beliefs are programmed correctly so you don't get stuck or go in the wrong direction. We want you to get there in the safest way possible.

How long do session take?
Your first session will be scheduled for 90 minutes. Most sessions after this last about 60 to 75 minutes.
how will i know if it works?
During our sessions we will test your subconscious mind to determine whether a limiting beliefs has been reprogrammed into a positive belief that matches what you say you want.
Once the superconscious and subconscious are aligned with your conscious goals, all resistance to the fulfillment of that goal, disappears. In other words your GPS keeps directing you toward the completion of that goal in your life.
The new goal statement integrates over time. Sometimes you will see almost immediate results and at other times, results will unfold over a period of months or years.
In addition, as we work together over time, we will be able to see if there are any secondary gains to holding onto a limiting belief and we will discover ways to eliminate those so that you see real results in your life.

how many session will I need?
I offer a 8-session package to begin with and when that is complete we will assess your progress and determine what else is needed. Often when we review your intake form, we find that there has been a shift in every area desired even if we haven't worked directly in the arena. On occasion a client will come back for more sessions when they find themselves stuck in a new area.
Wondering how to get started?
You will be asked to fill out an intake form that gives me the big picture of how you feel about all areas of your life, i.e. your body, health, emotional life, intimate relationships, money, family, friends, & self. I will ask you what area feels most important to work on and we will do a full session around that. Most people experience a sense of peace and possibility following the session and have some specific actions to take related to the work. We will then scheduled a 30-minute follow-up call to see what you are experiencing and look to see if working together makes sense.
